Overview
Everything you configure and monitor lives in the Atelerix dashboard, organized into two levels: organizations and projects.Organizations
An organization is the top-level container for your team. From an organization you manage:- Members — invite teammates and manage their roles.
- Billing — your current plan, usage against plan limits, payment history, and upgrading/downgrading. If you have a redeem code, you apply it here when creating a new organization to activate its plan.
- Projects — every project that belongs to this organization.
Projects
A project is a single app you’re monitoring — most teams create one project per app (or per app per environment). Each project has its own API key, so data from different apps never mixes.Project settings
- General — the project’s name and basic configuration.
- API — your project’s API key and slug, used to initialize the SDK
(
apiKey,projectId) and to authenticate REST API requests. - Members — who on your organization has access to this specific project.
- Integrations — connect external tools (e.g. GitHub, for linking issues to repositories).
Issues (Error Tracking)
Every error and crash your app reports shows up here — searchable, with the device/app context attached automatically. Open an issue to see its full stack trace, affected users, and an AI-generated summary to help you triage faster.Notifications
Everything related to push notifications for this project:
See Push Notifications for the full picture.
Account settings
Your personal profile, email, and account security live under your account menu, separate from any specific organization or project. The dashboard is where you configure and monitor your app. Everything your
app does at runtime — reporting errors, registering devices, sending
notifications — goes through the SDK or REST API, covered in the rest of
these docs.
